Description:
"Fantasy Rock" is a nickname given to a fantastical assemblage of rare minerals found on the Taseq Slope, Ilimaussaq Complex, Greenland. This specimen consists of cherry red tugtupite, blue/white analcime, pearly white chkalovite, green natrolite, and orange sodalite. The tugtupite has formed around the chkalovite creating "eyes" of striking red and white. Much of the natrolite is a radiating habit, and the sodalite areas are very tenebrescent.
