Fluorescent Mineral Database

A new secret project! Trying to create a nice Fluorescent Mineral Database (FMDB), which would be searchable by mineral, locality, and luminescence properties. Also making it easy for people to contribute with their own specimens!

Description:
England has some very interesting and famous fluorescent materials. Material from the Danby Level, Northside Mines, Whaw, Arkengarthdale, North Yorkshire, England, UK is a little more off the beaten bath. Here is a witherite, calcite, baryte from the locale, with perhaps a little barytocalcite and hydrozincite as well. Witherite is cream/white, calcite red, baryte yellow/white, barytocalcite pink and hydrozincite blue (specs). The witherite is also somewhat phosphorescent (not shown).
