Description:
Old-time specimen of brightly fluorescent opal-AN from the Lord Hill Quarry, Stoneham, Oxford County, Maine, recently acquired in a trade. It fluoresces very brightly under shortwave UV (shown in the first picture), and also quite brightly under longwave UV.
