Fluorite and Calcite - Weishan Mine, Jining, Shandong, China

Locality: Weishan Mine (Chisan Mine; Chishan alkaline complex; Xishan Mine; Deposit No. 101), Weishan County, Jining, Shandong, China (See on Mindat)

Description:
Fluorite and calcite combinations from China are pretty common. This one, however, just seems different. Perhaps it is that the calcite is not in a traditional crystal form or that the fluorite changes to a pastel purple under shortwave.
