Contributed by: FMS Admin
Date: May 4th, 2026
Locality: Talcville, Edwards, St. Lawrence County, New York, USA (See on Mindat)
Size: 3 x 1.75 x 5 inches
Weight: 13.2 oz
Description:
A number of these pieces from an old 60s collection hit the market over the last year. This is one of the more interesting examples. It is very bright under all wavelengths. The anthophyllite glows red, the talc blue/white, and the tremolite orange. I am not sure about the green which is only visible under SW.
