Description:
This is a particularly well-formed, terminated, single, crystal of fluorescent scapolite from the Yates Mine, Otter Lake, Québec, Canada. This large, blocky crystal fluoresces moderate red under shortwave UV, and shows a blue white response under both midwave and longwave UV.
