Description:
This is a very bright esperite specimen from the Franklin Mine, Franklin, New Jersey. Having excellent esperite coverage, this specimen also contains calcite, minor willemite and abundant franklinite. Under shortwave UV, the esperite fluoresces a very bright lemon-yellow color, the calcite red, and small dots of green willemite are also seen. The black franklinite is not fluorescent.
