Description:
Massive, light grey colored, crystalline agrellite from the Kipawa Alkaline Complex, Les Lacs-du-Témiscamingue, Témiscamingue RCM, Abitibi-Témiscamingue, Québec, Canada. Fluoresces lavender pink under shortwave UV, brighter lavender pink under midwave UV.
Agrellite exhibits a brief intense phosphorescence (BIP) when quickly removed from under a shortwave (or midwave) UV light. The color, unlike Franklin calcite, is a yellowish orange
