For quickest signup, we can now accept an online payment with the online application form. This saves the step of returning the written application and payment by mail, which is still an option. Please fill out the printable full application, then mail it with a check or money order to:

The FMS membership year runs from January 1 to December 31. If you join anytime between January 1 and October 1, you will receive all back issues for that year. If you join after October 1, your initial dues will include the following year at no extra cost.
