185nm (VUV) light was used to "charge" strongly phosporescent minerals. Top>Bottom: Walstromite, Terlingua type Calcite, Afghanistan Hackmanite, Heated Barite, Heated Celestine, Synthetic Willemite.Photos were taken at 1 second intervals
