Fluorescent Mineral Society (FMS) Free Door Prize Drawings

on October 10, 2015

at the combined

Pacific Northwest Chapter of the Friends of Mineralogy (PNWFM) symposium

and FMS meeting

Door prize tickets (which are free) will be handed out only on Friday October 9th when you sign in for the 7:00 PM FMS evening meeting.  The meeting will be held at the Red Lion Hotel in Kelso, WA.  You do not have to be a member of the FMS or the PNWFM; anyone can get a door prize ticket when they sign in.  However, you must be at the drawing on Saturday afternoon, October 10th in the Pine Room in order to get a door prize.  No tickets will be given out on Saturday.  The person coming the farthest will also get a door prize from the list below.  The items below will be randomized, and the first ticket drawn will not necessary get the first item on this list.  After the items below are taken, then door prizes will be grab bags of specimens or other items.  When the items below are gone, then we will ask those that have tickets to turn in their ticket and pick up a grab bag.  When everyone with a ticket has received a prize or a grab bag, then anyone else in the room can take a grab bag.  That way everyone that attends the Saturday afternoon FMS meeting will get a prize, even if their ticket is not drawn.  A few of the grab bags have a gift certificate or other items that have a value of between $40.00 and $225.00.  Many of the grab bags will only have a Franklin, NJ calcite and willemite specimen or another specimen.  There could also be additional items donated after today’s date (June 10th).
