SPECIMENS WANTED AND TO TRADE FOR

I have an interest in scheelite from most any locale, and any California fluorescents that are strictly short-wave activated (note that is the only wavelength I am interested in).  I prefer cabinet sized pieces, typically those that are 4-inches (10 cm) or larger.  I have similar sized specimens from some California locales, specifically Scheelite/Powellite from the Strawberry Mine, Wollastonite/Calcite from White Knob Quarry, Scheelite from Atolia, Walstromite from Fresno County, and some odds-n-ends. Inquire and we'll see what we can trade or exchange.  Thanks...Kevin

Yes, contact me at kbrady@cslanet.calstatela.edu to discuss further on a trade or such.  I personally have not heard of scheelite from Greenland, is this a ploy to get a response from me or a discovery I am unaware of?  If it's true, let's write up such an occurrence in the UV Waves...Kevin

A ploy?  (sneaky darn dealers )

Scheelite is found in the Nunavit gold mine (way south), and somewhere around the area where nuummite is mined (at least I believe that is what it is).  I only have a couple of examples - have never visited and know little about the area, couldn't do a writeup.
